Customer Care Executive
Location: Lymington, Hampshire (office based)
Salary: £26,000 per annum
Employment type: Full-time (38hrs p/week) permanent

We're looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our friendly team at our Lymington headquarters. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting customers across our family of brands, including Organic Colour Systems, Tints of Nature, Oiamiga, Pin-up Perm and Bio-Health.
Whether you're helping a customer resolve an issue, processing an order, welcoming visitors to our office or lending a hand wherever needed, you'll play an important role in creating exceptional experiences for the people who choose our brands.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels
- Resolving customer complaints with empathy, professionalism and care
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Supporting customers across all Herb UK brands
- Helping customers feel seen, heard and valued
- Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries
- Greeting visitors and supporting general reception duties
- Collecting and distributing post
- Providing administrative support to the wider team as required
About you
We're more interested in who you are than what's on your CV.
You don't necessarily need previous customer service experience, but you do need to be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll be confident speaking to people from all walks of life, able to stay calm when things get busy, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
You'll be:

- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
