    Location: Lymington, Hampshire (office based)
    Salary: £26,000 per annum
    Employment type: Full-time (38hrs p/week) permanent

    We're looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our friendly team at our Lymington headquarters. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting customers across our family of brands.

    We believe great customer care is about more than answering questions and processing orders. It’s about making people feel heard, valued and supported.

    You don’t necessarily need previous customer service experience, but you do need to be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.
